Happy Holidays

As you’ve probably already noticed, things have been quiet around DotComDud.com lately and unfortunately things will likely remain that way for another week or so. There’s no need for concern however, I’ve just been caught up with Christmas and everything that comes along with that. I am also heading away for a short trip which will put me “off the grid” so to speak as I wont have Internet access. Things should return to normal in the new year, you can expect regular posting to resume early January, so the usual income report might be a few days later than usual but it wont be forgotten.

Unfortunately I haven’t had the chance to draw the DotComDud Thanksgiving Contest yet, which means it has been postponed a bit longer again. I could have drawn it now but then I’d be leaving the winners waiting for the next week and I’d rather follow it up and deliver the prizes straight away.

I’ll be keeping this post brief but I just wanted to make sure that I got to wish everyone happy holidays and a safe new year, as well as giving a big thanks to all of DotComDud.com’s regular readers. I’ve got a lot planned for 2009 and I’ll start revealing those plans in a couple of weeks, as well as taking a look back at this blog’s first 4 and a half months to see what I’ve learned on the way.

P.S. In other news, I’ve updated the site to WordPress 2.7 and I highly recommend it for any bloggers using WordPress. The new dashboard is just awesome and there are tons of other handy new features too! You can download it from wordpress.org
